? 1 Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the ParkRadar app and all related services provided by Cefuya UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

? 2 Description of Services

ParkRadar helps you park legally and stress-free. You can optionally enter when your parking ticket expires ? the app can help you keep track of that time. It also helps you find your car again and shows community hints about when parking rules are particularly likely to be checked. There is no guarantee of completeness or accuracy ? no live locations, photos, or personal reports.

? 3 Requirements for Use

  • Minimum age: 16 years
  • Internet connection
  • Location permissions (optional)
  • Compatible smartphone

? 4 User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Submit only truthful reports
  • Not distribute unlawful content
  • Respect the rights of third parties
  • Not manipulate the app
  • Follow the community rules

? 5 Disclaimer of Liability

ParkRadar assumes no liability for:

  • Accuracy of reports
  • Completeness of information
  • Damage due to missing reports
  • Parking tickets or fines
  • Technical disruptions

? 6 Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

? 7 Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including trademarks, logos, and software, belong to Cefuya UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Reproduction or distribution is not permitted.

? 8 Premium & Subscriptions

Optional premium features are offered via in-app subscriptions (Apple App Store / Google Play). Duration, price, and cancellation are governed by the terms of the respective store.

  • One person, one subscription: A store subscription is for one natural person only and must not be shared with others.
  • One ParkRadar account: A paid subscription is linked to at most one ParkRadar user account. Restore or purchase on another account is not permitted while the subscription is assigned to an existing account.
  • One device at a time: Premium can be used on only one active device per user account. You may switch via "Activate Premium on this device"; the other device then loses premium access.
  • Free promo codes (e.g. 2 weeks Premium) apply once per user account — not again after "Delete data" for the same redeemed account.

? 9 Termination

  • Users may uninstall the app at any time
  • ParkRadar may prohibit use in case of violations
  • Subscriptions are cancelled via store settings

? 10 Final Provisions

  • German law applies
  • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cefuya UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
  • If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected
