Delete in the app

1. Open the ParkRadar app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top left.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete data.
5. Read the notice and confirm with Delete. The app will then restart with a with a new user account (promo code only once per account).

What is deleted?

• On the device: settings, saved vehicles, parking sessions, map tour status, and cached premium information
• On our servers: your user profile, device and push tokens, vehicles, parking sessions, trust profile, and reports and confirmations you created

Community reports in your area expire automatically after about 30 minutes anyway and are not personal data.

What remains?

• An active premium subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is not cancelled by "Delete data". Cancel the subscription in your device's store settings.
• After deletion, the app creates a new user account. A free Promo code Premium (2 weeks via code) is granted once per user account and not granted again for the same redeemed account after deletion.
• Under Premium → Restore purchases you can activate your own store subscription on the new account — unless it is already linked to another ParkRadar account.
• Alternatively, you may purchase a new subscription. Subscriptions must not be shared with other people.

Delete by email

If you no longer use the app or cannot trigger deletion in the app, email us at privacy@parkradar.io with the subject "Data deletion".

We delete data linked to your account where we can identify it and confirm deletion by email — usually within 30 days, often much faster.
